  Frankie and Co never fails to deliver on sizing, prompt delivery and quality customer service! I panicked putting in my incorrect address after moving houses and even after my order has already been fulfilled they were able to track down my parcel and re-direct it to me! i am always shopping online through many different sites and always find myself coming back to frankie. I highly recommend them!

  I’m a frequent customer of Frankie and Co and I’ve never had any problems at all! Fast and reliable delivery and easy to return and exchange items. Amazing quality clothes (my Ava jeans have lasted me 3 years!) Really love shopping with Frankie!

  Great products and really personal service. Items are affordable and exactly what I expected. Imported items of lovely quality that are easy to wear and good sizing. Very happy.

  Products are ok but the shipping charges are an absolute joke! If you return something you can only use your return credit in one transaction and not towards shipping. Ridiculous...won't be shopping here again

  I returned some shoes, they gave me a store credit. The credit code didn't work initially. I used it and then they sent me a completely different product to what I ordered. I have asked for a full refund. If they don't comply, I'll be contacting consumer affairs! Will not be purchasing from here again.
