  This place doesn't deserve any stars for how rudely they treat their patients. I was there on the 11th of October 2017 with my mum for her ear appointment and my two kids under 3 years of age. First of all I was told by one of the staff Maureen Casey rudely to leave and wait outside because of kids. My kids weren't being disruptive, they were quietly playing with each other. Secondly when my mums turn came she refused to let me be with my mum but I told her my mum can't speak English and needs me to translate. She still refused to let me be with her. She put me in tears and other patients who were waiting witnessed the scene and were shocked. I spoke to the specialist Dr Farouk Irani and told him about his staff being rude towards me but he refused to listen and rudely said he just didn't care. I was furiated. This was not fair! I was wrongly discriminated against by his staff and he refused to do anything about it. Instead he told us to leave and refused us service. My mum had waited a while for her appointment. Her ears were in pain and he simply refused service without a valid reason. The other patients that witnessed told him this is not right.. I was put to tears .. I shouldn't have experienced that, in fact no one should be put through that .

  I would definitely say to avoid this place ! Very rude and unjust behaviour towards patients !!
