  I found the atmosphere and behaviour of staff quite unprofessional as the man I had shaping my nails for example, was on his personal IPhone a lot of the time and when he wasn't using it he put it into the container used to store the tin foil squares used on customers...? My nails were poorly done also as some were shaped very unevenly. The place I thought was a bit dirty looking and some equipment appeared as if it was damaged.

  Please go somewhere else this place does an extremely bad job at doing your nails. I asked for matte black acrylic nails and when I was done I put them up to the light outside and they were f**cking transparent, they started to chip the day after and they had there acrylic nails price for $40 when I was done they charged me $55 which I wasn't expecting. Please go somewhere else don't waste your money!

  I had a pedicure here 8 weeks ago! The lady used a sponge thing to scrub without anything on it and ripped the skin off my foot! 8 weeks on and my foots so sore i can barely walk on it... My skins so cracked and sore! Id never ever go here again! My nails were done with shellac, it was uneven and messy!

  Partner got her nails done here recently, her nails were half done, was asked to pay and then once she had paid they left her at the heat light for 30 minutes and did not return. Did not receive the colour or finish she requested. When we asked if they were going to be finished they told her to come back tomorrow as we did not want to wait any longer when we had already paid, sat there for 2 hours and got half a job. Would not recommend, pay the extra money to get them done properly.

  Absolutely love it here. Am always 100% happy with end result. Gotten my nails done here numerous times and always get what I ask for. Lovely staff and lovely shop

  I went here twice in 2 months to get acrylic nails and both times were VERY dissapointing.

  It was a cash only salon and I wasn't aware of that until another customer went to pay for her nails and needed to get cash out and after I'd almost finished getting my nails done. There were no obvious signs of posters etc to say it was cash only either. And to top it all off, the staff weren't very friendly either - I got three different people to do one set of nails and one girl didn't bother to say hello or acknowledge me, she just snatched my hand to continue the other nail technician's previous job.

  I gave this place a second chance because everyone can have off days or whatever, but nothing changed the second time I visited. Definitely NOT worth the cheaper price!!
