  Appalling service, Ordered a new mobile for a plan. sent to wrong address, but charging for new contract. Haven' got the phone after several weeks, Unable to get an answer what is happening to new phone.

  Consistent waiting times of over 20 minutes to find most problems are not to be solved in-store but over the phone.

  Had a very good experience here when trying to resolve an issue caused by a Telstra reseller (Boost). The reseller had change my mobile number from Telstra instead of my wife's - despite the webchat log being quite specific about which number we needed changed. Then they wanted to charge me to change things back to what is was previously. The gentleman who served me in-store (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) spent over 1/2 an hour on the phone to several parties to resolve this issue and did not give up or try and pass me onto another person or help line to resolve. I walked out of the store with my issue fully resolved which seems to be an unusual occurrence these days! Many thanks

  Shockingly rude staff that have zero interest in resolving any problems or treating people with respect. As others have said, nobody ever answers the phone and their chronic understaffing (franchise stores to maximising their profits!) requires having to make an appointment 30-60 mins later for each visit, even when there are only 2 or 3 other customers in store. I don't say this lightly but based on my 2 experiences in the past year they are genuinely the worst and most incompetent shop I have ever visited.
