  Bottom of the barrel. Avoid at all costs. Because COST is definitely what it will be. I imagine the whole place is built on rotting fish; but if it helps anyone, the guy we dealt with was Gary.

  I recently moved to using Gejay Automotive from another mechanic due to my dissatisfaction with my former mechanic. I have found that Gejay's knowledge of my unusual marque was excellent, and their reception staff brilliant who take the time to explain various options available to me in clear and appropriate detail. I also believe that their rates are fair and reasonable given the quality of their product.I have recommended their services to many friends and family.

  The customer service at gejay was horrible. The repair wasn't finished by the time I was promised. Turned out they never intended to have it finished on that day, yet I had to contact them over and over to get any answers. Every time Gary said he would call me with an update, he didn't. It made for a very stressful experience. There was absolutely no accountability(no acknowledgement, no apology) from Gary for the lack of communication or for the extra time the repair took. When confronted about this, I was told that I should just be glad they did the repair at all. It's not too much to ask that a business should do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and if issues arise, the customer should be contacted and a solution should be sought.

  TERRIBLE. They don't deserve the one start I'm forced to give. Completely unreliable - our car was there for three days and all that was needed was the oil sump to be welded. Gejay didn't even do the work! They gave the sump to someone else, 3 days later, got it back, and charged us $700. Just for welding a bowl of metal! If I'd known, I would have gone to someone who could weld it themselves; or just bought a new one for a fraction of the price. We were promised a call back several times over the 3 days after having to call again and again for answers ...but no returned call. My wife had to literally WALK in to the shop to get an answer.
