  Recently bought a new PC from Centrecom. Shaun helped me out with choosing my parts and was great to deal with, and the bloke who actually did the build did a great job. They were professional and knowledgeable. I also dealt with Nick who helped me troubleshoot issues with my router and helped me with the exchange for a new one when no fix could be found. I will not shop anywhere else for my PC needs. Great to see a shop that honors there returns policy. Keep up the good work gents.

  It's a great store with friendly and helpful staff, yes you'll usually pay a premium to go into a brick and mortar store, but for certain purchases and for the peace of mind for RMA's it can be worth it.

  Ok yesterday, but earlier in week and in previous week, sales person kept attempting to upsell in $200 increments. Annoying, but so annoying on second visit I gave up. I eventually bought PC I wanted online. From centre com, at the price I wanted. Yesterday I bought a keyboard there and discovered the PC I ordered online, in-store. So my wait and trip to Melbourne is needless. So disappointing.
