    Great reception staff. Disgusted in the poor efficiency of doctors at this clinic long wait times and dealing with random doctors I was not booked to follow up with. Very unprofessional.

    Dr. Sasmita is amazing, she does her job thoroughly so it takes some time to get in. But My health is worth the wait

    The Dr has been consistently good to deal with over my time attending primary care.

    My frustration is more with the service of the assistants at the counter. I'm more than happy to wait. I appreciate it gets busy but 30 minutes to see a Dr should be prepositioned somehow, simply saying the Dr is running late.. More importantly when expressing my disappointment a bit of empathy can go a long way. I understand they must have difficult clients but we all deserve respect.
