  Ok, my grandma is in Intensive Care after suffering from diverticulitis. I'm thinking she's gonna bloody die in there but the ICU had great staff and care. Still bleeding and her hemoglobin levels are going down. They didn't know whether she was also bleeding internally. Also she has gone pale and looked as if she was 50, not 84! Then put down into a general ward and has another bleed, but is put in complex care which is under ICU and above general ward. It was originally planed for her to have an operation, but was way to risky as she may not make it out alive, so they scoped her and put something around her bowel or something. After a while, she is discharged but has come back 1 week later with a less bad bleed. Only being given antibiotics then discharged! That was the only bit i hated so much, but overall was great! Not sure about the new hospital

  The Nurse's I had were amazing girls and guys Just fabulous at the job they do. All the medical team that work in the operating theatre are fabulous, they all try their best to keep you comfortable and relaxed. This to me was really important as I do suffer major anxiety and don't do well with too many people around me or being out of my little bubble so to speak, unless I'm with someone I know.

  All you Nurse's, doctor's everyone of the theater staff and recovery staff etc etc need more recognition for what you all do. Just beautiful good hearted people, the caring nature experienced was very comforting. Thank you all so very much xx

  Great service and attention from medical staff but food is seriously a major issue. Absolutely terrible.
