  The staff member which I have a lot of contact with is Carolyn Brown store manager of Bendigo branch. I have in last 7 year visited this store and brought quite a lot jewellery .I have become very good with friends with Carolyn. And the service I get is always been greeted with smile,I would not shop anywhere else.

  I when into Thomas the Jewellers in Bendigo the other day to get a gift for My daughter's birthday. I was served by Carolyn, I was very impressed with her friendly and helpful customer service, nothing was a issue,her idea's were great and my daughter was extremely impressed by her birthday present. I will be going back and would recommend friends and family drop in and get some great ideas form Carolyn for those special occasions.
