  Really disappointed with this place... Great location and really nice decor except that it was very loud all night - you could hear everything, no hot water in the showers, WiFi didn't work - so much potential but just didn't work for us

  Last minute hotel booking for work at a rate of $187 per night - definitely not worth the money. Was allocated room 17, at the back of the hotel down an alley way, open glass door and pinpad entry to the room, did not feel safe as a single female. Room smelt like vomit, big wet patch at base of the bed on carpet which i assume was attempted to clean but cannot mask the unpleasant smell.

  Rooms may be small but it's great for the price you pay as i only stayed one night. The rooms are tidy and the bathrooms are nice (great showers) Very central to everything, i will be coming back.

  The owner was able to give me a room last minute, and was very helpful even when i couldn't get my password for the door to work!

  Great room, great location. Felt every spring in the bed (not great for fussy backs), wifi to slow to use and I think the hand towel was overlooked from the last tenant... it was really wet. Overall it's a $99 room and good value for money. Good for a one night stay. Owner was lovely to deal with.

  Mostly positive experience. The beds are a bit hard, the aircon was so loud you wouldn't be able to sleep with it on overnight, so beware in hot weather. The room wasn't made up when I got there but a quick phone call had me in a new room. Bathrooms are nicely done. T.V.s are bizarrely high on the walls which isn't really convenient. The price however makes those issues irrelevant.

  Other minor flaws, open disabled shower without any screens - not favourable when you’ve worked all day looking for a comfortable shower, street parking very busy, and noisy.. all things to take into consideration. Personally highly disappointed for value for money, and would recommend staying elsewhere.
