  my duct heating was not working before， got the staff from benair come over check，he said the problem is the machine is too old and not working any more，the company then give me the quote for change the machine，it will cost me $2200-$2800！ luckily i asked another company come over check，guess what！it was only just because the remote was not plug in properly！they checked everything for an hour，it cost me $135. but the staff from benair charge me$100 for doing nothing and give me wrong information which will lead me pay for that much money to replace my good machine ！ i will never use the service.

  I contacted Benair to quote on an evaporative cooler. Initially they were very polite and eager to discuss options and plans. I agreed to proceed to a quote. They requested a floor plan of my house which I supplied one day later. Several days later I contacted Benair to ask how the quote was progressing and I was assured that it would be emailed to me one business day later. A week later I had received no contact so I contacted again. Later in the day I received a call to inform me that my quote had not progressed and was unlikely to in the foreseeable future due to their current installation workload. When I discussed their current workload and said that that their timelines for installation were OK with me, they still refused to provide a timeline on when a quote could be provided. At this point it was apparent to me that I was being told that my business was not valued or wanted. I proceeded no further. I am aware that this is the peak air conditioning season, however their approach to prior commitments, customer serivce or even common courtesy was lacking. I will not be calling Benair for any of my future house cooling and heating needs.
