  I was watching the entire time and they were not washed. I told her this and she turned and walked away from me. I said too bad for those suffering from anaphylaxis and received no reply or offer to remake our now CONTAMINATED pizzas. 45 minutes later we left with a substandard pizza that those who were able to eat it, mentioned it was under cooked and tasted poorly.

  After 10 minutes our pizzas are removed from the oven and I watch as they use the unwashed pizza cutters to cut our pizza. The rude waitress then brings these over, i state that they did not wash the cutters to which she replies ' I washed them after the last time they used them '.

  I remind the waitress about my dietary requirement (severe anaphylaxis to nuts ) which was discussed when placing our phone order. She reminded the pizza cooks and told me the cutters are washed after each use.

  Now delivery takes over an hour, the Indian chef only works some nights and the website phone number doesn't even work.

  Will NEVER return to this place ever again. The waitress was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. We phone ordered our pizzas ( 2 large Aussies ) and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrive after 20 minutes, pay for our pizza and then are told by the waitress that 'they won't be long'.

  Advice to future customers - do not waste your money or risk your life if you have a food allergy, they obviously do not care about the safety of their customers and seem to welcome a potential lawsuit once they kill someone.

  I continue to watch and then see two pizzas being made. I ask the waitress are these my pizzas and she checked and said yes they were then turned and walked away. We had been waiting 30 minutes at this stage. And our pizzas had not even been made!

  my wife and i have had several different meals from golden flavours and all have been great,,,service has been very good and i have no problem recommending this place to anyone,,we were tony's customers for years and will continue to frequent this place with the new owners

  I have noticed its under new management and the quality has gone down hill in a big way. pizzas tasted horrible and cheap under the new owners as they have used cheaper ingredients which made me feel ill. I will not be going back ever again nor will I recommend it to my worst enemy.
