    Its pretty unorganised and messy for a supermarket, especially one as small as this one

    Improved since major renovations. The bakery section is very poor.

    Items usually purchased at other Bendigo stores discontinued at Lansell Plaza. Deli and dairy spread over 5 sections so painfully circling to locate items that end up not being available anyway. Then stuck waiting at checkout while only 1 of 3 staff was dealing with lengthy customer problem. Eventually abandoned store after advising working staff member that there were dairy components in the shopping. Aaarghh. Never to return

    Waited at the deli whilst girls discussed their lives. Left unserved then when self checkout wouldn't move on finally attracted attention to be told i scanned twice (i didnt)in a voice able to cut through steel. Did rest pf shop at coles with a cheerful checkout attendant.
